Delivery Information

Due to the nature of our goods, please see below for estimated dates of despatch, however since we are dealing with live plants, orders are accepted on the understanding that these dates are only given as a guide and that we may be unable to keep to these dates precisely).

Hardware – Within 28 days.

All Bare-rooted Fruit Trees, Canes and Bushes, Shrubs and Hedging – Within 28 days.

Strawberry Plants – Will be despatched from late March/April 2010.

Grapes, figs, blueberries, kiwi, hops & bamboos – Within 28 days.

Citrus Trees - Despatch will be from May 2010 unless ordering with trees, when they will be despatched within 28 days. Please note that if despatched with trees, the citrus tree/s will need to be kept in a cold greenhouse or conservatory until the summer.

Asparagus – Will be despatched towards the end of March/ April 2010.

Potatoes, Onions & Garlic – Within 28 days.

Carriage & Packing Charges

The total carriage and packing charge will be displayed after you fill in the delivery address details, since it is calculated according to the postcode. Orders are therefore accepted on the understanding that the correct delivery postcode has been supplied.

Mainland U.K. (Except the Scottish Highlands) - Some items are p&p inclusive but most items will incur a £7.95 carriage charge which will be added to your total order. Where only one light item (under 1kg) is ordered a cheaper rate of £3.50 will apply.

Outside Mainland U.K. - For Northern Ireland, Eire, the Channel Islands and offshore islands, carriage charges depend on the postcode area and the items that you order. The carriage charge to Eire and the Channel Islands is £18.00. Please contact us regarding postage rates for lighter items weighing less then 1kg in weight, before placing any order.

Overseas Orders - Currently, we can only accept orders on-line for despatch to the United Kingdom, Eire and the Channel Islands. The carriage charge to Eire is £18.00. Please contact us regarding postage rates for lighter items weighing less then 1kg in weight, before placing any order.

Payment - Orders are accepted on the understanding that your account will be charged as soon as we receive your order. Many of our products are available for forward ordering. We clearly indicate these products with the expected delivery dates on the site.
