Ken Muir Fertilizers are now available to amateur gardeners. These have been specially formulated to get the best out of your fruiting plants. On newly planted bushes and trees, fertilizers should be applied in Mid-March as the buds begin to burst, or if planted later than this, immediately after planting. Bushes planted over a year ago should receive applications of fertilizer each year in February or early March. Strawberry plants are usually fed from when they begin to flower until the first pink fruits are seen.
