Ken Muir Ltd are suppliers of quality fruit stocks.  We offer a mail order service.

  • We may also have the ability, when you click submit or place an item in your basket to retain some of your information, even if you don’t complete your registration. Such contact details and data may be used to contact you to enquire why you did not complete your registration/transaction, i.e. an abandoned basket email.

No financial details are stored on our servers, neither from website transactions nor those from other methods of transaction communication.

Should we ever experience security or technical issues affecting our customers personal data we will endeavour to contact them immediately.

Retention Policy

Ken Muir Ltd will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary and for the purpose for which it was collected.  If you made a purchase from us, we will keep the information you gave us and details of what you bought for up to seven years from the date of the last transaction with us. After that time your personal data will be deleted.  The information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information and you can unsubscribe at any time from marketing data by contacting us at the address below.

Your rights as a data subject

At any point whilst Ken Muir Ltd is in possession of or processing your personal data, you have the right to request the following-
