Family Pear 'Williams' Bon Chretien', Comice & Conference'
A great pear trio consisting of three different varieties all on one tree.
Williams' Bon Chretien - This early pear is of excellent sweet flavour. Flesh is white, soft and very juicy.
Comice - Raised in 1849, this late pear has an excellent rich, sweet, aromatic flavour. Creamy white, melting, very juicy flesh. Fruits are large, but cropping can be irregular. Requires a warm, sheltered site. Unsuitable for the north.
Conference - Raised in 1894, this remains the most widely grown late pear. Produces long, narrow fruits. Firm flesh, pleasant flavour.
Please remember that fruit trees do require staking for the first few years of their life, we also strongly recommend the use of rootgrow™ when planting to encourage strong root growth and aid establishment.
Tree stakes, rootgrow™ and fruit tree feed can be found by clicking on the 'related products' tab above.
